At HHF HOMEGO Care, we strive to provide reliable and professional services. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains the terms under which service cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are handled.

By booking any service with us, you agree to the policy outlined below.

1. Service Cancellation

  • Customers may cancel or reschedule a booking by informing us at least 12โ€“24 hours in advance of the scheduled service time.
  • Same-day or last-minute cancellations may attract a cancellation or visit charge.
  • HHF HOMEGO Care reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a service due to unavoidable circumstances such as staff unavailability, weather conditions, or safety concerns.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only for advance payments made for services.

A refund may be initiated if:

  • The service is cancelled by HHF HOMEGO Care.
  • The service cannot be provided due to operational issues from our side.

Refunds are not applicable once the service has been completed.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Cancellation requests made after the service has started.
  • Customer unavailability at the service location.
  • Incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer.
  • Dissatisfaction not reported within 24 hours of service completion.
  • Change of mind after service completion.

4. Rescheduling Policy

  • Customers may reschedule their booking once without any additional charge if informed in advance.
  • Multiple rescheduling requests may attract additional charges depending on service type.
  • Rescheduled services are subject to availability.

5. Monthly & Contract Services

  • For monthly housekeeping or long-term contracts, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 days in advance.
  • Advance payments for monthly services are generally non-refundable once the service period has started.
  • Any unused service days due to customer unavailability will not be adjusted.

6. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5โ€“7 working days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
  • Processing time may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.

7. Quality Assurance & Complaints

If you are dissatisfied with a service, please inform us within 24 hours.

After review, HHF HOMEGO Care may offer:

  • Re-service (where applicable), or
  • Partial refund (at management discretion)
