Terms & Conditions – HHF HOMEGO Care

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by HHF HOMEGO Care. By booking any service with us, the customer agrees to the terms mentioned below.

1. General Service Policy

  • HHF HOMEGO Care provides home cleaning, deep cleaning, housekeeping, painting, car wash, furniture cleaning, wood polish, and commercial cleaning services.
  • All bookings are subject to availability of staff and service slots.
  • Service duration shared at the time of booking is an estimated time only and may vary depending on the condition, size, and actual work required at the site.
  • Customers must provide safe access, electricity, and water at the service location.

2. Home Cleaning & Deep Cleaning Services

  • Cleaning services include only tasks mentioned in the selected package or task list.
  • HHF HOMEGO Care provides trained staff, professional tools, machines, and branded cleaning chemicals unless otherwise agreed.
  • Customers are requested to keep fragile, valuable, or breakable items (cash, jewellery, documents, antiques, sentimental items) safe before service begins.
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damages, stains, or wear & tear visible after cleaning.
  • Any complaint related to home cleaning must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

3. Housekeeping (Residential & Commercial)

  • Housekeeping services are available on daily, weekly, or monthly contracts.
  • Monthly housekeeping payments are generally taken in advance as per the agreed schedule.
  • HHF HOMEGO Care reserves the right to suspend services in case of non-payment or repeated delays.
  • Staff provided remain under the supervision of HHF HOMEGO Care.
  • Clients are strictly advised not to directly hire or engage our staff during or after the contract period without written consent.

4. Painting & Maintenance Services

  • Painting costs depend on area size, paint type, surface condition, and scope of work.
  • Minor wall touch-ups may be included; major repairs, waterproofing, or civil work are charged separately.
  • Shade variation may occur due to lighting, surface texture, or paint brand.
  • Customers must clear rooms or cover valuables before painting work begins.

5. Car Wash & Furniture Cleaning

  • Car wash services include only selected interior/exterior cleaning as per package.
  • Furniture cleaning results depend on fabric type, stain age, and material condition.
  • Old, permanent, or deeply set stains may not be completely removable.
  • HHF HOMEGO Care is not responsible for damage due to weak fabric, old furniture, or poor material quality.

6. Payments & Billing

  • Payment is to be made on completion of service, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Accepted payment modes: Cash, UPI / QR Code, Online Transfer.
  • For monthly services, advance payment may be required.
  • HHF HOMEGO Care reserves the right to cancel or pause services if payments are delayed.

7. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Customers are requested to inform at least 12–24 hours in advance for rescheduling or cancellation.
  • Same-day cancellations may attract a visit or cancellation charge.
  • In case of unavoidable situations, HHF HOMEGO Care will assist with rescheduling.

8. Complaints & Quality Assurance

  • Any service-related complaint must be raised within 24 hours of job completion.
  • Complaints can be registered via phone, WhatsApp, or email.
  • HHF HOMEGO Care may take up to 3–7 working days to review and resolve complaints.
  • Re-cleaning or corrective service (if approved) will be scheduled based on availability.

9. Liability Disclaimer

  • Tasks not included in the selected package
  • Delays caused due to lack of water, electricity, or access
  • Damage caused by customer-provided faulty equipment or chemicals
  • Wear and tear becoming visible after cleaning
  • Third-party interference during service
  • Loss of unsecured valuables

In case of accidental damage caused by our staff and confirmed by our team, HHF HOMEGO Care will take appropriate corrective action as per company policy.

10. Safety & Confidentiality

  • All customer information is kept strictly confidential.
  • Staff are trained to maintain professional conduct and safety standards.
  • Customers are requested to inform us in advance about pets, restricted areas, or special instructions.

11. Service Area & Availability

  • Services are available across Maharashtra and nearby regions, subject to feasibility.
  • Outdoor or large commercial projects may require site inspection before confirmation.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By booking any service with HHF HOMEGO Care, the customer confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
